MEET THE PASTOR

Pastor James Clayton Massey is a devoted and Spirit-filled leader with deep roots in ministry. Born into a pastoral family, his grandfather founded one of the earliest churches in Paducah, Kentucky, laying a strong foundation of faith that continues through Pastor Massey’s life and calling today. Carrying forward that legacy, he serves Believer’s Abundant Life Church with passion, vision, and a heart for people.

With over 20 years of ministry experience, Pastor Massey is known for his dynamic preaching, scriptural insight, and compassionate leadership. His sermons are Holy Spirit-led and grounded in truth, designed to challenge, encourage, and stir believers to a deeper walk with God. He believes the church isn’t just a building—it’s a movement of people empowered to make an impact.

Pastor Massey is happily married to his loving wife, Panzy Massey, and together they are blessed with nine children. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he leads with that same spirit—welcoming every individual into the family of God.

Outside of preaching and teaching, Pastor Massey is involved in outreach efforts throughout the Paducah community and beyond, putting his faith into action. Whether you’re new to church or seeking a deeper connection with God, Pastor Massey is always open to pray, listen, and walk alongside you in your faith journey.
